We guarantee our animal(s) to arrive alive and in good health. If any problem arises, please email us within 48 hours. If we don't hear from you after 48 hours, we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund shipping charges on returned animals. We cannot control nor can we be responsible for environmental conditions that may affect the eating habits or health of your animal beyond the 48 hour period. Unfortunately, we cannot verify how our customers maintain their collections and therefore have to set some limits. We do clearly document, discuss, and notify you prior to shippingthe details concerning what your reptile is eating and how often it has eaten while in our possession.

We all work at day jobs and usually cannot answer emails during the day. So,
don't worry if you email during the day and don't get an immediate response. We will generally answer emails after 6 p.m. central time.
VERY IMPORTANT ~ PLEASE READ Buyer is responsible for knowing their local, state, and federal regulations regarding reptiles. I wouldn't order it if you know it's illegal.
We are not responsible if animal(s) purchased are illegal. It is impossible for us to know the laws of every city in the U.S.A.
We accept credit cards through Paypal, postal money orders, and personal checks (must clear your bank before we ship. Please allow at least 10 days to clear.) If you are local, cash is always preferred.
We ship UPS using the services of Ship Your Reptiles.com. We ship Monday through Wednesday next day air. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The live arrival guarantee above is VOID if the shipment is not delivered on the first delivery attempt. We will notify you by email with the tracking # and the exact day we are going to ship. Please be available to accept the package.
We reserve the right to delay shipment due to extreme temperatures either at our location or yours. TNB is not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes. DOA's must be reported within 24 hours to TNB for possible credit/replacement. Return of DOA animals may be required prior to a decision.
Shipping is very stressful. We recommend that after you receive the animal(s) you set them up in their new home and do not disturb them for at least two full days. Please resist the urge to handle them for the first two days. Let them settle in, and then offer them the appropriate sized food.
